It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.

Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.

for a 1 night stop over I'd recommend this location, but not for anything longer than that, and you have to have very tough skin to accommodate the heat of the shower - scorching! But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and that's all we wanted. Would i say it was worth the £88 we spent, probably not, but it was the cheapest in the vicinity of the airport, so we took it.

big scam, we arrived at the place, no address # was given, thanks to our cab driver we found the house. Nobody there, could not get in, emailed back, no response, even pin code on print out did not work.More customers were arriving, nobody could get in, all very upset. Finally after 20 minutes a young lady came outside, could not help us because did not spoke English, but we could figure out she worked there. We had the cab driver still waiting, extra costs, decided to book and try somewhere else, it was getting late on a Friday night, past 10.00 PM. Horrible experience, do not understand why hotel booking .com would work with this oufit. Full refund requested through Amex!

I am extremely angry at the fact that booking.com did not alert us to the drastic drop in rating for this property. I would never have booked this place, and only did so as it was rated as a 7 when I booked at the beginning of February. Since then, there have been 10+ poor ratings (1-3) that significantly dropped the overall rating to 4.7 which to me is a blatant misrepresentation of what I initially paid for. I paid for a 7 rated property, and got a 3 at best. The area is not very nice, there are very little businesses available so we had to travel to find cups, plates and cutlery as the property did not provide any, which I was not made aware of. I would be extremely careful if booking anywhere near this area as it looks like it's been forgotten about by the local authority and the owner/s of this particular property are not carrying out any maintenance and once you book, you can't cancel for a refund. All in all, this leaves a very bad impression

We have booked this apartment for 6th June 2023 for 1 night through Booking.com. Booking was done in January 2023 and paid the full amount. When we arrived in London Heathrow airport on 6th evening, we contacted the person of the apartment for the key, he said there is no booking for us. We showed him the booking and payment details etc but he said he can't do anything. Not helpful at all. We contacted Booking.com customer service, but they couldn't arrange anything for us too. It as very disappointing and disgraceful. Very bad experience.
