The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, it was superb. Also, just across the road from the airport.

This modern ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport is within 10 minutes’ walk of the NEC and about 0.5 miles from both Birmingham International Rail Station and Airport. Rooms were exceptional and spotless , staff were amazing, choice of 2 types of breakfast, I chose the hot one , very tasty

Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Beautiful house , very clean left the essentials, tea coffee milk sugar, also cold water in fridge , was so lovely would stay there again felt really homely and in a nice area close to town and NEC. 😊 The host was so easy to contact and seamless instructions would highly recommend.
