It was a wonderful stay ,good housekeeping clean rooms cleaned everyday ..Food was delicious ,but they should include more evening shows for kids .The fireshow was amazing .

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Soho Square, making it very convenient. The staff overall were friendly and pleasant throughout. I’d also like to give special thanks to Ashraf, who was very proactive and helpful by the pool, always ensuring we had what we needed, and Mostafa at the pool bar as well for his nice smile and great service! Este complejo de 5 estrellas está situado en plena playa y en el centro de la plaza SOHO, y ofrece un exuberante entorno tropical, habitaciones lujosas con TV vía satélite, 5 piscinas e instalaciones... The hotel is well situated in Soho square which is full of shops, bars, amenities and fun activities. Everything in Soho square is either included in the savoy all inclusive or can be paid for and is quite cheap. They have ice skating, bowling etc and the area is guarded and secure. The beach was lovely with snorkelling gear available for 5$ and the corals and fish were well worth it. The staff are friendly and accommodating, Youhana and Lena at the reception desk were kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also on point and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The quality of food is high across the restaurants in the hotel area. There’s a heated pool as well which is convenient in winter when it may not be as warm.
