Location is superb - right next to the exit of the Mountain Villa. The staff were incredibly helpful. Allen in particular was hugely attentive with assistance in finding good local food, ordering and even sourcing the local rose pastry delicacy that I'd heard about. My room was wonderfully comfortable and spacious. Would be very happy to stay there again

El Chengde Sihai International Hotel ofrece alojamiento en el distrito de Shuangqiao. El alojamiento se encuentra a solo 10 minutos a pie de Chengde Imperial Summer Palace. It was amazing. The hotel is nice and clean. Room was spacious and modern. Breakfast had a wide choice and everything tasted great. The location is perfect, just a few minutes way from the Mountain Resort. But the true star of the hotel are the staff. They were so welcoming!!! And whatever we needed, they were able to provide in a few minutes. They were also very helpful in helping us to navigate around the city and gave us good tips to restaurants and street food markets. Overall one the best hotel experiences I have had in China. And probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in general.

Location was a bit further away from the sites in Chengde, but still more in the heart of the city than others, which made for a nice break. Breakfast was good - room was really spacious! The hotel staff was generous enough to let us check in when we arrived, which was early morning. That allowed us to maximize our time out and about in Chengde.
