Everything is new. Very pleasant host - Silvia, who is the owner of this family house. Very helpful, told everything about surroundings and advised a lot of places to visit. The manager Lorenzo was very kind, The breakfast was over Italian standards, with cheese, eggs, and ham, very delicious. The hotel may not be a good selection for a stopover. the road especially from the Lugano side was interesting but also very very curvy and narrow.
