Excellent location. Transport is near the hotel (Servette station). A supermarket is on the ground floor of the hotel (Migros). McDonald's is on the corner of the hotel. Restaurants are very close. The train station has 3 tram stops, and the old town has 4 tram stops (no. 14 and no. 18). The United Nations, International Red Cross, International Conference Center, International Labor Organization, and UNHCR are at 3 bus stops (no. 11), all 1.4-17 km from the hotel. The airport is 4.2 km from the hotel. The hotel is designed for the 21st century. Telephone technology for access and facilities in the hotel. A big plus for the common area on the 9th floor. The property offers non-stop coffee (f.f..good), tea, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, and biscuits. And for smokers, a specially arranged terrace is on the 9th floor! We arrived after a very long and delayed fight from Singapore. It was so nice to walk into a homely environment, where we could immediately relax. Louisa had placed some essential items for us, such as milk and bread, which were warmly received. The home was very clean and warm. There is a supermarket close by about a 15min walk. Louisa had great communication with us. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel.     Stayed one night at beginning of holiday and had all good experience except booked breakfast with room as still stated on booking.com then got charged £50 for breakfast and was told to sort it out with booking.com. not impressed then stayed two nights at end of holiday and the staff were terrible. Room was not what we booked then although staff English was excellent when things were right they made out they didn't understand when things were wrong.

    The staff was helpful. Accommodations are close to the train station which is convenient for travelers. There was something in the room that triggered allergies, and there was no hot water in the shower.

    Great place to stay. I traveled for a course. Geneva can be a really expensive city and dificult to find affordable accomodation. The hotel is excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable, great location and friendly staff. The room was very clean and you can walk to the lake or the city centre in 15 mins top.

    The apartment was shared between 5 of us before a skiing holiday and was comfortable, clean and very conveniently situated for going out and about in Geneva city. Would definitely stay there again for a short stopover in Geneva.
