I have to start with the staff of this hotel. The minute we walked in we felt like we were being welcomed by family. Every single person we met throughout our stay was extremly welcoming and helpful, both at the reception and the restaurant, amazing peoole, thank you so much for everything. The hotel it self is lovely, great location, beautiful rooms, very good restaurant and breakfast and lovely rooftop bar. Hope to stay with you again soon! :)

Hanoi Center Silk Premium Hotel & Spa & Travel provides accommodation with air conditioning in Hanoi's Hoan Kiem District, attractively situated 200 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral. Great location at the edge of the Old Quarter, but in a quiet street (for Hanoi). Very picturesque street, with great food and coffee places nearby. The hotel is a bit old but very clean. The staff were impeccable, young, incredibly helpful, and very driven towards our satisfaction. Will stay again next time I'm in Hanoi.

They were very kind with instructions about the city and they organized perfectly our trips to Ha Long and Tam Coc, suggesting us very good quality solutions without spending a lot of money.
