The staff, especially Mr James were excellent. We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.

The airport transfers, location, resort, staff, welcome reception, food, excursion, facilities and value for money were amazing. We will certainly be returning to this location for future vacations. Many lifelong memories made here.

Brent's Tourist Inn está ubicado en San Vicente, a 12 minutos a pie de Playa de Port Barton, y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y una terraza. We stayed for 6 nights. We loved where it was situated. We loved the path which was quiet and in the middle of nature. The rooms were spotless and brand new Arnold was so nice kind and organized boat trips and bus to Puerto Princessa for us. . Rosemary cooked a lovely french omelette for us and did all our laundry. It was our best stay in the Phillipines. Thank you all for being so welcoming . Hope you have great success in the business Arnold.

The pool is perfect for fun, big enought. Also good massage services.

Very clean and nice room. The place was very cosy. Free coffee, bread and bananas available all the time.. Perfect location. 50 meters to the beach and maybe 150 meters from bus terminal. The owner helped us with everything; boat trip, van tickets... And she was so lovely and friendly. They have also laundry service.

La Casa Belina se encuentra a 15 minutos en auto del aeropuerto internacional de Puerto Princesa y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis en todas las zonas. Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue el trato del personal. Fueron muy amables con nosotros en todo momento, nos recogieron del aeropuerto y al llegar a casa Berlina nos esperaban con un cocktails para que nos refrescáramos. Fueron muy serviciales, nos facilitaron el alquiler de motos y nos recomendaron buenos lugares para ver en Puerto Princesa.
