The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The clubhouse pool, which is about 8-10mins walk from the villa is great with 3 mini jacuzzi pools (at time of our visit, maintenance was on Wednesdays). You can use kayaks free of charge but needs to be within certain times. Bikes are free for use too. Great place to unwind with friends and family.
