Featuring a spacious garden and outdoor swimming pool, this hotel is situated in Santiago de Querétaro’s financial district. The city's historic centre is only 5 minutes’ drive away. We comprised a large 3 generation UK family group coming to Querétaro for the first time for a family wedding. Our stays varied between 3 and 7 nights. Our rooms were all located near to each other, they were at all times clean and well maintained. None of us speak fluent Spanish, however the staff at all times were able to be professional, helpful and informative regarding our specific needs. The weather was hot, and the six children in our group and some of the adults, enjoyed the use of the pool and its facilities. We used the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, it served a wide menu of good quality food, the staff here too were helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Hotel Flamingo.

Located in the centre of Querétaro, 400 metres from the main plaza (Plaza de Armas) close to 5 de mayo avenue, Hotel Criol features a year-round outdoor pool and terrace. From the moment I entered the property I was acknowledged and helped. I like that they had a nice beverage to offer. They made the whole process very seamless. I love the library really enjoyed sitting there on the glass floor, looking down at the books as well as the bookshelves above. Pool is cute. Patio is relaxing and comfortable. My bed was also perfect. I like that. I had a lot of options of pillows.
