Hôtel Riad Dar Daïf is located 5 km from the centre of Ouarzazate and has views on the Atlas Mountains and the lake. Its furnished patio overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. Staffs are helpful and hospitality. The Riad is sooo beautiful! We enjoyed our stay here so much. The owner even prepared a box of cookies before we left, which can tie us over during our 6-hour drive to Merzouga. Thx a lot! We hope to stay here again.

Dar Toda - Zagora guest house is a recently renovated guest house in Zagora, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This place was amazing!! I made the reservation accidentally not knowing they were undergoing renovations, but the owner still let me stay there. He was so kind and accommodating. He made me tea and made the room up very comfortably for me. Even though they were renovating, the place was gorgeous and very clean. I HIGHLY recommend!!! (Also there’s an adorable kitty named couscous who loves getting pets 🥰)

Camp Sahara Dunes is situated in Mhamid and offers a shared lounge. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The host Aziz was a wonderful host. He took me to the Oasis and Chigaga Erg. He also arranged for my return taxi which was extremely helpfu.l He made my desert adventure a very memorable one. Chef Barack is a very kind person who makes delicious vegan food. I highly recommend this property.

Mhamid Sahara Camp - Mhamid El Ghizlane is situated in Mhamid and offers a garden, a bar and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. From the moment we met Larbi there was an instant connection. His welcoming warmth made us feel at home. We picked him up and drove out to his camp not knowing what to expect. We were remote, away from the tours, with waves of golden sand at our feet. After tea, Beth and I walked the dunes to watch a lovely sunset. After a delicious tagine, we were surprised with a full moon rising and a sky of stars. The quiet was deafening, then broken with Berber rhythms from Larbi, his brother Nayim and friend Bryham. We danced by the fire and then shared life stories. We now have a new desert family.

Oasis Tilogui-Luxury Hotel Restaurant and Desert Excursions In Zagora features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zagora. Such a shame I only had a 1 night stay booked! This is a place to relax and detach from the world. The rooms/bungalows are excellent, with nice bathrooms, comfy beds and very clean. Staff are excellent. Evening meals a delicious as is breakfast. The gardens and pool are amazing and you wake up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping, a true paradise. I will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

Set within 47 km of Kasbah Amridil and 26 km of Ksar Ait-Ben-Haddou, Kasbah Tamsna offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ouarzazate. The property features pool and garden views.... This place was amazing and so far the best hotel we’ve stayed in Morocco. The staff was super nice and extremely professional, and ensured our stay was pleasant. The facilities are in pristine conditions. The only down side is that we didn’t stay enough time!

Set in Agdz, Chez Yacob kasbah features accommodation with a hot spring bath and a public bath. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. This is a stunningly beautiful hotel in an equally stunningly beautiful location. The exceptional design of the building conveys a relaxed ambiance that also keeps the building cool throughout the midday heat. The staff is great as is the food. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. The surrounding area from the mountains, farms, historical sites and villages gives great opportunities for hiking around. I would highly recommend this kasbah.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Aït Ben Haddou, Riad Tigmi du Soleil is a guest house surrounded by views of the city. The host, was so kind and accommodating. I wish we spent more time there, as it felt like home upon arrival. There is a Hamam that we didn’t get to explore but I wish we had time to do so. The breakfast was so yummy. I would come back in a heart beat and would reccomend anyone looking within this price range stay here.
