We stayed at this beautiful new boutique hotel in Mirissa with a group of friends from Greece, and we absolutely loved every moment. The location is perfectly set with views of the coast line — peaceful yet close to everything — and the facilities were top-notch. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the air conditioning — it was perfectly set up to let you sleep like a baby, even in the tropical heat. What really made our stay special was the incredible hospitality from the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The highlight for all of us was definitely the swimming pool nestled in the jungle — pure magic! A serene oasis where we could unwind and connect with nature. We truly had a fantastic time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mirissa. We’ll definitely be back!

The Rainforest Hideaway has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Deniyaya. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a water park. It was simply precious. Private , secluded area. The owners picked us up with a jeep, organized a jungle tour for us and gave us a ride as well. The family is incredibly hard working and polite, they try their best to accommodate our wishes. The food is amazing. No AC but it wasn't necessary as it was pretty cool at night.

Situated in Mirissa, 1.5 km from Kamburugamuwa Beach, Kiss Blossom features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Lovely hotel with caring staff. The hotel is located in a very romantic place - on the shore of a lake. The access to the lake is subtle and surrounded by greenery. There is an opportunity to go kayaking, which we took advantage of. While paddling a decent distance from the shore, my partner lost balance and flipped over on a single kayak. It was not dangerous at all since the lake is shallow, and we were equipped with life jackets. We were amazed that within 4-5 minutes after one of the two kayaks flipped, the hotel staff, in the form of rescuers, were already sailing towards us on a small barge. It was so pleasant. The hotel workers are extremely responsible, caring, and friendly. Our absence during the night (when we were at a party) was also noticed, and the hotel staff wrote to us, discreetly checking if everything was okay with us. Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was perfectly clean, the bedding was soft and of high quality, there was an extensive range of toiletries, well-maintained grounds, a clean swimming pool, and delicious food. This is one of the best places we stayed during our month-long trip around the island.

Situated in Mirissa, 600 metres from Mirissa Beach, The Hostel features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. The staf is really friendly and helpful. They will help you with anything. The place is really clean as well. They have filtered water, free of charge. Most hostels I’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka didn’t offer any filtered water. The location is ideal, it’s only a 3 minute walk to the busstop and the main road with all the shops and restaurants. The beach is not even a 10 minute walk. There is also a kitchen and fridge which guests can make use of. I planned to stay here a few days, but ended up staying for two weeks.

Absolutely in love with the place that Wounderfull couple is managing! The whole team made out stay incredible and unforgettable, the varied so much about us almost every moment we stepped out of the room. Mr and Mrs Dias are always in the hotel, approachable if you need something. The hotel has a great security, it is not easy for strangers to come in. Also it is located on the Main Street it is very quiet and we slept well. The beach and some good restaurants are just couple minutes walk. The room was clean with everything you need, comfortable beds, hot shower with very good water pressure. Breakfast was very good with small compliments from the chef. We really enjoyed the place and would love to come back to this particular hotel next time we visit Sri Lanka.

They help you with anything. Also great people to talk with, they are lucky to share tips to teavel, explain Sri lanka culture. Overall great stay. We stayed in total for two weeks here

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Plantation Surf Inn & Restaurant - Midigama is a recently renovated guest house set in Midigama, 300 metres from Dammala Beach. Chathu was a very warm and friendly host and we felt so welcome and safe at Plantation. It’s conveniently located at Midigama just a short 5-7 minute drive to most of the cafes and nightlife at Ahangama. The room was really clean and comfortable. We were easily able to rent a scooter from the property and Chathu recommended us some routes to explore. We will definitely be back next time we are in Midigama.
