La infinity pool está muy bien, el gimnasio está bien equipado, tienen room service 24 horas, la habitación era súper amplia y cómoda, tienes distintas opciones para comer, estaba muy limpio, el staff fue muy amigable. Para ser un cuatro estrellas está muy muy bien.

Upon arrival we were met by Mr Emil Gularatnam, special thanks, who was very courteous & professional even taking time to escort us to our room. The room was well manicured nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to the team at the lounge Chef Priyenca, Dilan Nimesha Amandi Yasabi. Many thanks to the restaurant floor 1 team- Mr Shehan & Mr Yehan together with their team- chef Janz, chef Nimisha, Aditya, Sirul, Kavindu & Sangeetha at reception...made our stay special. My son had a bit of upset and was well looked after by the dining area staff thanks Mr Shehan. Our housekeeper was Yohan who made sure our room was always clean and well made day and night. We will return to this hotel🥂🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The room was clean, add uqipped with good air conditioner and tv, also was pretty big. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommending

I have traveled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but none have matched the comfort and care I found here. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

Our stay at Trizen Colombo Luxury Three Bedroom Smart Apartment was absolutely perfect. The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, and incredibly spacious. Everything looked brand new and spotless. It had every amenity we could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, complimentary drinking water, coffee, and tea, plus bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. The views from the apartment were breathtaking. From the living room we could see the pool and playground area, while the bedrooms offered beautiful views of the city lights at night. The famous Lotus Tower was visible from multiple rooms, making it even more special. The outdoor pool was lovely, with both a large swimming area and a small shallow section for kids. We also loved the shaded playground. Perfect for the children to play even during the hottest hours. The gym was excellent, and we appreciated being able to use the facilities in the neighboring tower as well. The location was ideal, with restaurants and a grocery store just across the street, and plenty more only a short tuk-tuk ride away. Parking was available on-site, which made things very convenient. Communication with the host was outstanding! He was very friendly, quick to respond, and even helped us when a package we had sent to the apartment got misplaced. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely return next time we’re in Colombo.
