The location is fantastic — everything you could need is within a 5–10 minute walk: the beach, Galle Road, great restaurants, markets, currency exchange shops, cozy coffee spots, and even a mosque. It couldn’t have been more convenient. The best part was the owner — he personally manages the property and is always around to help. Super friendly, flexible, and genuinely cares about making sure you have everything you need. It really made a difference in my stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. The property was in an excellent location ( lots of restaurants and cafes very close and a great place to discover Colombo …and was so beautiful .. it has absolutely everything inside that is required and extra .. The apartment was luxurious.. We used the pool and the gym which were great also …The owner was very helpful and polite .. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Colombo
