Lovely hotel, staff are very welcoming! We did the free city tour and we enjoyed the infinity pool on the rooftop. Lots of loungers available too. The gym was very well equipped. We dined in the Chinese restaurant which was lovely with great service as was ocean bar and grill.

The breakfasts were wonderful and the property was most definitely a 5 star in rating. The rooms were a good size and the beds were exptremely comfortable, we had a good nights sleep here, lovely ocean view. Lots of luxury with this hotel.

When we checked in we got upgraded to a suite and even though we only stayed 1 day, it was so wonderful! Its very clean and center of city town . You can find everything you need by walk in 5-10 min. By the way view of rooftop and the pool was amazing .

He is very attentive and will be able to give the best advices. The pictures on the website are similar that the accommodation. It's very clean, equipped with air conditioning, and above all one of the best value for money. Nawab is very open and always ready to help you. I recommend this accommodation with eyes closed.

Our stay at Colombo VIlla was the perfect start to our time here in Sri Lanka. Despite our very late arrival from an international flight, we were warmly greeted at the front door and we slept so well in the super comfortable bed. The staff are very considerate and can't do enough to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast is delicious and extensive, and they kindly catered for my plant based dietary needs. At the end of each hot day, the very clean pool was a treat to return to and refresh before dinner at a locally recommended restaurant. There is plenty of hot water and good shower pressure, very effective wi-fi connection in our room and they provided fantastic suggestions for getting to know the city. Most areas are walkable, if you don't mind the heat, or short tuktuk rides away. We are staying again on our departure from Sri lanka, and are very much looking forward to returning to Colombo Villa.

I have traveled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but none have matched the comfort and care I found here. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

The property was in an excellent location ( lots of restaurants and cafes very close and a great place to discover Colombo …and was so beautiful .. it has absolutely everything inside that is required and extra .. The apartment was luxurious.. We used the pool and the gym which were great also …The owner was very helpful and polite .. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Colombo
