Breakfast was good quality if food and the breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful .A really high standard of customer service from reception to the housekeeping, including the lovely security staff .We've already booked our next stay because of the excellent service and high standards of this hotel ..A really good example of teamwork .

The staff very much friendly and was helpful in all way to make us comfortable. They even spared time to show us the city for few hours. Will be remembered ! PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa is set amongst landscaped gardens with tropical palm trees and a lagoon-shaped swimming pool. It was such a friendly and beautiful environment! My husband and I went there for our honeymoon, and they came to our room with a cake and sang for us. They decorated our room with fresh flowers! The buffets were delicious and had so much selection. They had fun activities for everyone.
