This is my 2nd time staying at the property. I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

Set in Lignano Sabbiadoro centre a few steps from the famous Terrazza a Mare building, Hotel La Lampara is just 30 metres from its free private beach. Breakfast was awesome, accommodated our lactose free, gluten free diet. Staff always looking for ways how to help, rooms clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back.

Hotel Ai Dogi is in the central square of Palmanova just 50 metres from the Cathedral. Rooms offer plasma-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and some have views of the square. The breakfast is perfect and the personal touch preparing eggs as you wish extends that. The location is absolute in the center and nevertheless good free parking option. It's the perfect location to combine leisure and work. Palmanova city, the region with many intereresting spots (food, etc.), the sea and the outlet. It'sa great location from where you can do whatever you want. Weŗe coming here every year for one or two days and will continue to do so.

Featuring mountain views, La polse di San Pieri features accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar, around 1.8 km from Terme di Arta. We loved the area, beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean, bathroom was also spotless with hot water and good water pressure in the shower. It was a cold night, so heating was turned up in the rooms, which was very welcome. The owner is very friendly and we loved her infectious laughter, you can hear it all around the property and it makes you feel at home! Excellent restaurant, great food, friendly service. I highly recommend this place when passing by or visiting this beautiful area.
