I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel director (Mr. Francesco) for the warm welcome extended to my family. I greatly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, the late checkout until 2 PM—which was very convenient for my late flight—and the personal assistance in guiding us to our room while explaining all the room’s features and amenities. This thoughtful hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
