The beds were extremely comfy and the room was beautiful + warm!! The staff were super friendly, especially the nice woman working the night shift, she shared great insight on how to view the northern lights. Walking distance from Geysir and we was the beautiful aurora there! I just rebooked because we had to come back before going home!!

We arrived extremely late in the evening so contactless check in was very appreciated. We also liked that the staff had put a notice which rooms are ours. That helped a lot for us tired tourists. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. Liked the art and the little interior objects. This place is someone's gem they cherish and maintain. The shared kitchen is very well equipped. Used it to prepare proper breakfast and did some meal prep for the road.

Spacious, quiet, home like apartment. We can find all we need. Although it is not real kitchen, having oven and fridge are great and enough for us. Hosts are kind and responsive, living in the same house. As it's not real separate apartment, guests and hosts are indeed sharing living up&downstairs. Therefore one may hear each other if anyone is loud. But it's not really a big deal for us. We appreciate for the accommodation.
