Even though I booked at the last minute (just 20 minutes before my arrival), Romain met me at the door to give me the keys and show me the apartment. He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

Private beach is beautiful. Lovely pool and rooms were fantastic with balconies and very comfy beds. Cannot recommend enough. Walking distance to very nice bakery, shop and restaurants.

It was very private, with its own terrace even though it’s part of the house. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake. There was a cycle hire place just 5 minutes away and we cycled around the lake from the apartment. The garden was so tranquil. The kitchen is well equipped and the host supplied us with glasses when we found we were lacking. Annecy was only 20mins away.

Facing Lake Annecy, Cote Ouest is a 15-minute drive from Annecy Train Station. It offers self-catering accommodation, free Wi-Fi throughout, and a continental breakfast is available at a supplement. The owners made sure that they had thought of everything. They were VERY PLEASANT and helpful. The place (AND VIEW) was beautiful.

Set in Sévrier, 7 km from Annecy Semnoz Ski School, Black Bass Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a garden, as well as free WiFi. Perfect stay in wonderful place. The hotel just on the lake shore with the picturesque view. The staff super friendly, we were upgraded for free and as I had my birthday they presented me a cake with a candle. Spa-zone with pool, hamam and sauna. We will definitely come back.

In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding. Please don't make the same mistake if staying here. Thank you for everything Christophe and Rafael

The place is pretty much brand new. Fully equipped. Very warm, quiet and comfortable. Best parking spot on the complex, with it being a disabled spot and right next to the lift to the apartment
