We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

El Ascott Raffles City Chengdu ofrece apartamentos de lujo y WiFi gratuita en todas las instalaciones. Excellent location with train station adjacent to the hotel and 4 levels of shopping directly under the hotel. Big rooms, quiet, good views. Would recommend.

First, the hotel is owned by a very lovely family, they welcome you very warmly and they would make everything to make sure you have the best experience. The nicest people! Second, the room was so beautiful and comfortable. A lot of space and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely believe this hotel is the best option in the area. The price is very honnest. Standing on the shore of the Jinjiang River, Chengdu Xizang Hotel features a Tibetan theme with a hint of modern art decor. The luxurious property offers 4 dining options, a fitness centre and a spa. Welcoming, friendly and relaxed hotel. There was a great variety of choice at breakfast. Taxis were easily available at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Habitación espectacular , amplia y fenomenalmente equipada. Muy recomendable el club lounge con aperitivos, bebidas, comida… Desayuno de primera. Agradecer los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros tanto Lady in Red como el resto del equipo. Muy buen detalle el dejarnos hacer uso del spa una vez hecho el check out y antes de tomar el vuelo de vuelta
