The facility is new, the environment is clean, and the amenities are complete. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap smell so good! Their front office is available 24/7, always ready to assist guests anytime. The hot pool is beautiful. They also have us free bus passes. very convenient! The only downside is that the room I got didn’t have a mountain view, but our stay was still perfect for me regardless of the view. I didn’t request a mountain view, but maybe next time if we stay longer.

(By the way, the microwave door will locked after used, need to push unlock button next to start button to open it.) Free car parking, bus stations and some restaurant and cafe are close by. Walk around 15 mins to town. Overall, recommend.

Peaks Hotel and Suites está ubicado en Banff, en la región de Alberta, a 2 km de Cave and Basin National Historic Site. The design of this hotel is outstanding both exterior and interior. The room is well equipped (except not having working table) especially the shower with big rain and body spray. Corridor is well designed with glass panels all over to bring in sunlight and create more transparency & visibility. Art pieces are decorated here and there. It is also conveniently located in the middle of the town where most of the shops and good restaurants are. I sure will come back here next time.
