As we arrived at the early morning with an exhausted body, David(the young boy on the overnight shift) upgraded us to a very spacious room at a very attractive add-on price as well as check in immediately, so we take a nap before our sightseeing. All staff are helpful and attentive even not proficiency in English.

This is the most luxurious hotel in Sapa, located in very city centre, which makes him very convenient. Staff is very professional, always helpful. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. Reach breakfast with different options. SPA is also included in the price, but you need to book it at least 30 min in advance. If you are planning to go to Fansipan mountain, i highly recommend purchase tickets via hotel, it will gives you WOW passes, which allows you go with no queues to the funicular and cable car.

The breakfast was quite spread. The chef was even kind enough to make vegetarian dishes for us. The staff was kind enough to get us the tickets for activities and arrange the cab. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sapa.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. Location: The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access provided by property through Hotel's EV shuttle to public transportation and nearby attractions. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, with clear attention to detail in every corner. Room: My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning mountain and valley view. Bed and Pillows: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were plush and supportive - I slept like a baby! Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. Ambiance: The hotel's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a lovely atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. The homestay was everything I needed it to be. A great place to relax as well as a base for exploring the area. The hosts were incredibly sweet and helpful, family dinner was delicious and lots of fun, and the guided treks are well worth doing. The local village - Ta Van - has a lot of restaurants/bars/cafes that are worth visiting. But the value is incredible, the food is good and the view is beautiful. Just be aware that this is not luxury in a western sense. The facilities are quite basic but definitely adequate. It's also quite a way out of Sapa so you can't explore the town from there. When you arrive you will need to walk a very steep uphill path to get to the homestay.
