We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

Very nice, new, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a great location. I immediately felt welcome. Hannah contributed greatly to this. She took excellent care of me, was always friendly, extremely helpful, and very courteous. In general, there is always someone available at any time.
