Everything was amazing. It exceeded my expectations: the building, the restaurants (both gastronomic and terrace), the spa, and the gift shop. Every detail was taken care of. The staff is super professional and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

The staff were the best! Always friendly, positive, and could also speak English, which made it a seamless, excellent stay. Shower was fantastic, breakfast selection large and delicious, room a good size. TV was also good - admittedly limited English language channels but at least some! WiFi good. Recommend!

Best location in Tunis - a bit of a splurge but so worth it for a room with balcony overlooking the Bab al-Bhar. The staff consistently went above and beyond expectations, giving personal service from the very first moment. The breakfast buffet is fabulous!

Staff was excellent. Quickly got good taxis and arranged going anywhere I wanted. Room was quiet and spacious. Facilities were great with large bar and two restaurants. Room service fantastic. I arrived late and hungry and soon had large pasta and seafood dinner, along with bottle of excellent Tunisian wine. Prices were very reasonable. Hard to beat all this! Plus the place looks great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tunis. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in the summer heat. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful — especially Awatef Hamdi, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily return.
