I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Resort & Spa by Riverside in Chitwan, Nepal, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish.The resort’s location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the river creating a peaceful ambiance. Room was spacious andclean. The riverside view from the room was an added bonus.The facilities at Regenta are top-notch. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant. We called the chef to thank him personally. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff’s hospitality. It was a beautiful hotel and my room was superb , attractive , extremely comfortable with great facilities and everything of top notch quality . Lovely big windows gave views around and a roof top swimming pool ,restaurant , and attentive staff completed the ambience.

The hotel is awesome, clean and with a beautiful garden and pool. The safari tour was perfect. Everybody working at the hotel was taking super good care of us, everything was simple and well organized. They really want us to be happy, comfortable and feeling relaxed. They are also very helpful in any kind of situation. I really recommand!

Lovely location nice and close to town centre whilst still feeling nice and quiet. Also great customer service and very attentive and professional. The rooms were also a nice size and comfortable.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
