I had an excellent stay at the place. Very kind, helpful and empathy people. The owner and his family made me feel like a member of the family and at home. Lovely rustic and forest side room with visit of monkeys sometimes. 😍🐵 The place is quite, silent and just across the road to the beach. They offer nice breakfast and meals with fair prices. I got the surfboard, went surfing very close to the place and had lot of fun. I highly recomend Season Four Cabana Mini Jungle. They helped me with all services! Surf, tuktuk of his brother, massage, etc.. Thanks ! Very nice stay in Matara. 👍👌✌💚

We loved our stay! This is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is built on a hill and can only be reached by a funicular railway or a long staircase. Due to its elevated location, you truly feel part of the jungle, with a stunning view to match. The highlight of our visit was definitely the monkeys – but a word of caution: if you're not a fan of monkeys, this might not be the place for you, as they can be quite intrusive. They even stole my sunscreen and almost broke into our room, as they are able to open the door (always lock the door!). The bar and staff were outstanding – very dedicated and friendly. We loved relaxing at the pool on top of the hotel.

Location: The property is situated in a quiet part of Mirissa, offering stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Cleanliness & Accommodation: The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained. Our spacious room had excellent air conditioning, a large balcony with breathtaking views, and high water pressure in the shower—every detail was well taken care of for maximum comfort. Staff & Service: The service was outstanding, and Leel, in particular, made our stay even more memorable. He took our food preferences into account, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to him, we had the incredible opportunity to witness turtles coming ashore to lay eggs and later saw baby turtles being released from a nearby hatchery. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Food: Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, with generous portions. The chef engaging, frequently checking in to ensure we were happy with our meals. We even received complimentary desserts, making our dining experience even more special. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Leel and the entire team for making our experience so special. Highly recommended!

The staff, and specially Charindu, were super attentive and kind. I needed some items from the pharmacy late at night and he insisted that he and the staff would go to buy them themselves, and so they did. The house was the most clean we found during our trip. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to see the peacocks from the room’s terrace. The bed had mosquito net and an insect repellent just in case, although we did not find any mosquito inside the room. Welcome drink was superb.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. 2 bedroom with air con was perfect for my family of 5. The sheets and towels were clean and new. 2 bathrooms was a luxury for us. The pool was perfect for the children and for an afternoon cool down. The kitchen is equipped with essentials and was enough for us to make breakfasts and quick lunches. Walking to the nearest beach was about 12-15min on the main road. But we hired a scooter and went to Polahena not very far and had a swim there. Supermarket Food City is only 15min walk. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you organise a whale tour or scooter rental if you need. We were short in time so we chose not to do it. My daughter even had a little play with their niece. Excellent place. We were keen to extend our stay but it booked out very quickly. I highly recommend it.
