Wasn’t expecting this hotel to be as big and beautiful as it was! Our room was stunning - a reaaaally comfortable bed and we loved the wall art. Loved watching the monkeys playing outside the balcony and having multiple pool options for swimming. Staff were lovely.

Lovely hotel with caring staff. The hotel is located in a very romantic place - on the shore of a lake. The access to the lake is subtle and surrounded by greenery. There is an opportunity to go kayaking, which we took advantage of. While paddling a decent distance from the shore, my partner lost balance and flipped over on a single kayak. It was not dangerous at all since the lake is shallow, and we were equipped with life jackets. We were amazed that within 4-5 minutes after one of the two kayaks flipped, the hotel staff, in the form of rescuers, were already sailing towards us on a small barge. It was so pleasant. The hotel workers are extremely responsible, caring, and friendly. Our absence during the night (when we were at a party) was also noticed, and the hotel staff wrote to us, discreetly checking if everything was okay with us. Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was perfectly clean, the bedding was soft and of high quality, there was an extensive range of toiletries, well-maintained grounds, a clean swimming pool, and delicious food. This is one of the best places we stayed during our month-long trip around the island.

The owners of Peacock Villa were very friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel are very clean and well maintained. The grounds and the pool were beautiful. The hotel is situated in a quiet location but are only 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and shops.

This villa is a rare find! We loved the private pool, room was spacious and clean, beautiful peaceful location and the staff were kind and friendly. They were very kind to our 4yr old son. Lalith was especially great, his English is good and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety to choose from. The free tuk tuk to Mirissa each day is also great.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment right by some really nice local beaches and restaurants. Just a tuk tuk ride away from Mirissa. Everything is really nicely organized, plenty of place to dry wet clothes, a fantastic WiFi connection, really good air conditioning and nice comfortable beds with mosquitonets. The pool was fantastic, our girls loved to swim there! The hosts are so welcoming and nice making sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend booking tours from them instead of booking more expensively through internet. The villa is in a quiet place. Thank you Chamila and family, we had a fantastic time and hope to see you again one day!
