The room was of a good size,it had a mini fridge too but the amazing part is the balcony. It's big and when you wake up and you open the doors to it you are literally immersed in nature: trees and you just hear the birds chirping. For breakfast they have a nice choice of homemade yummy cakes,croissants, and for the savoury side with bread and some ham and different cheese too. The staff did us a mini tour to explain us the history of the convent which was really interesting too. It's great if you want to visit the Marmore falls (they give you a 4euros voucher to visit it) Terni, Piediluco lake, Narni and Spoleto. We loved every bit of our stay and we are sure we will return in the future.

Amazing place surrounded by mountains and fields! You can relax and enjoy a country life. We highly recommend. If you would like to try a horse riding you must do it here, with a wonderful instruktor Marco. Everyone is very friendly and the food in their restaurant is delicious and in fair price Thank you very much, we will come back definatelly!

It was perfect, home away from home

We stayed in Room 411, which was very spacious and impeccably clean. The view of the countryside and the Basilica of St. Rita was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is also conveniently located within a short walking distance to the center of Cascia and close to the bus terminal for trips to Roccaporena.

I had a fabulous room and felt like a princess. It’s exactly that vintage italian palazzo feel that makes you dream. Really lovely staff as well !

Villa Potenziani is set at the top of San Mauro Hill, overlooking the historic centre of Rieti. Once a noble residence, it features a swimming pool and large, private gardens.
