The room is very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Very close to the airport. The staff is very professional and ready to help. I would like to particularly highlight the help I received from the two receptionists at the time of checkout, namely Rajiv and Abhishek, who kindly helped with solving the lock on my suitcase. They went out of their way to call the engineering department, to look at my suitcase, which I didn't manage to unlock. The engineer came quickly and within minutes the problem was resolved. The also have a very friendly and kind driver who picked me up from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff is really nice, polite and helpful. We are very grateful that they let us checked in early. When we requested something they arranged it immediately. Breakfast was delicious, there is a lot of variety of food to choose from. This stay was just what we needed after long travel across India. We stayed here and then went adventuring south for our Youtube channel for a couple nights, we then turned around and decided to spend the rest of our time at the novotel because it was so good. There was a large breakfast selection with something for everyone, you could order pancakes and eggs and waffles. I would recommend having more signage for this as it was unclear Beds were super comfy and we enjoyed watching the view of the business park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard.
