This hotel is excellent and the staff extremely helpful. I would like to personally mention the Reservations Manager Enakshmi Shaw who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We attended a wedding in the hotel that was also managed extremely well. Highly recommended .

I have stayed here, several times, and service is always exceptional. From the moment you enter the hotel, the staff makes you feel very special. I got upgraded on my last visit and the reception staff took no time to work us to our rooms. The dining facility is par excellence, the breakfast quality is really good. I loved the hospitality of the phenomenal staff. They were extremely helpful and hospitable and accommodated all of our needs so swiftly. From providing us with an iron to bringing up extra towels and other items, no request was too big. The breakfast was out of this world and the variety was just perfect. From the karak cha stand to the freshly made aloo piranthas and lassi, service was always with a smile. There is no other place to stay in Jalandhar. The assistant manager, Mr. Manjeet Kumar deserves a special thanks due to his fantastic attention to detail, and it is clear that the staff are managed effectively and want to provide the best service possible too. Well done Fortune Avenue, and we look forward to visiting again soon.
