The room was very modern and everything looked brand new and in good quality. I have read mixed comments about this hotel and I had mixed feelings when I went to check in, but I have definitely been satisfied of my stay.

We did not like the room assigned to us on arrival. We complained and the recovery was exceptionnal. The breakfast offering and the nearby paid carpark.

Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank you
