Beautiful hotel. Brilliant, faultless service. Fabulous Rooms with private hot tubs overlooking the lake. Food not amazing, but above average. The french toast was fantastic at breakfast. Incredible setting in the jungle. The little museum is fascinating. The included Monkey tour was a highlight and should not be missed!

Our stay was excellent. • The staff were friendly. •Having a pool to come back to was perfect especially after a very hot day at Tikal. • The location was good and it’s only a short walk or tuktuk across the bridge. •The room was comfortable and clean with aircon and had a wonderful view of the lake

Humberto was super helpful with organizing transport for us and answering questions about the area. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Nice hammock on the porch, with a view of the lake. Huge comfortable bed. Good value for money.
