Great food, nice and helpful staff, nice reef on the beach and super clean facilities. Exceeded our expectations.

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. The weather is perfect and the beach is very good. The food was yummy and the resturant has a very nice vipes. Perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Thank you all 🩵

The experience was so good that I decided to tell it like a fairy tale... because that's how I felt. Once upon a time, there was a traveler who, upon crossing the gates of a palace between the sea and the desert, felt like she was entering a fairy tale. From the moment she set foot there, she knew two days wouldn't be enough and she would do whatever it took to extend her stay. The first welcome was enchanting: the reception team, with bright smiles and impeccable disposition, greeted us as if we were royalty. Every subsequent visit was the same: quick responses, magical solutions, and the constant feeling of being in good hands. Nancy, the great princess of the kingdom, number one, shone especially brightly among them. Always attentive, with luminous energy and boundless kindness, she made me feel contained, supported, and accompanied, as if I had a royal title. She resolved any doubt as if she were brandishing a magic wand capable of ordering the world. The entertainment staff filled every corner with laughter and music. Among them, Abdo shone as the master of ceremonies: he organized unforgettable shows, and the fire show was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. In another corner of the palace, I met Ragab, the sage from the beauty salon. He spoke calmly and radiated joy, making me feel beautiful even before I tried his services. He was like a kind oracle who bestowed confidence just by talking. The Eternal Banquet Hall was another magical chapter. Every day, the chef and his army of cooks served an infinite variety of flavors and colors from all corners of the world. As a vegetarian, I never felt limited: from the first moment, they offered to prepare whatever I wanted, with personalized attention. I still remember a pasta that, I swear, was one of the best of my life. The second night, like a scene from a romantic story, Nancy organized a romantic dinner on the beach.

Excellent customer service, amazing architecture/ design and smart floorplan. Excellent room (free upgrade)! Great ambiance though also respecting tranquility for the guests. Animation team and personnel bring good atmosphere to hotel. Special mention for Ayman by the pool who is a great ambassador for this hotel, always smiling, giving us that holiday feeling from day one.

The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

Professional and helpfull staff (thanks Mr. Mina), good food with a very wide variety of dishes, good facilities, beautifull garden and romantic setting at the bay, nice snorkeling and excellent diving in the area.

Hotel Solymar Reef is very well maintained and very clean. The food is of very high quality and has amazing taste. Everyday you'll find fresh vegetables and fruits. Deliciously prepared meat and fish! From the restaurant you have sea view, which is amazing. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful. No loud or drunken guests. No aggressive sales techniques. In Hotel Solymar Reef you can get to relax and recharge. Tho the integrity and calmth, there are plenty of things to do if you like some activity during your holiday: yoga, cooking lessons, boccia, dancing, enjoying musical performances, excursions. There were always enough sunbeds, both beachside as poolside. The coral reef and fishes can be seen both from getting into the water from the beach as from the built platform. There's also always a lifeguard present at the platform to help and guard. In a 10-minute walk over a perfectly paved footpath, you can get to the beautiful Coraya Bay for more snorkeling. Any requests that you have as a guest, you just have to turn to the reception or anyone from the staff and they'll do their best to help you. For exemple Ramadan eating hours we're not 100% within the usual opening times of the restaurant. And so they brought Suhoor to the room at 04h in the morning. We will certainly return soon.
