We had a really nice stay at Wally's House. The rooms were nice and spacious and the owner Wally was super nice and friendly. He offered us a second room for free, took time every evening to show us which parts of the Forest Park to visit and even let us take a shower after checking out and before taking the nighttrain. Thanks for everything!

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We reached at night and they provided clear instructions via the app on how to advise the taxi to reach the place, and waited outside for us to help with luggage. They brought us to the town area for dinner and also to a convenience store to get drinks and snacks. They were also very generous with giving tips on itinerary and helped us plan out a route with lesser queues. The hotel was located very near the mountain forest attraction. Breakfast provided was really delicious and we ordered dinner from them as well. The staff were friendly and we felt really well taken care of. I'll definitely be back again!

Emer is the best host you can image. She helped me planing my trip around the national park, helped me with the food when I was exhausted after the hikes and she is a wonderful human been. It’s a nice and cozy hostel, quite social and with people from different places. Like 5 minutes to the national park by DiDi (which is veeeery affordable) and close to restaurants and the city center. A great choice if you are in Wulingyuan. 5 ⭐️

Great Stay with Convenient Location The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—we really enjoyed every bite of it! What stood out most was the unbeatable location: it’s super close to both Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area and Zhangjiajie Airport, which saved us so much time on transportation. The staff is so friendly and really tries to manage all your wishes! They are very flexibel. The breakfast ist very good but 100% chinese which is okay for me but maybe for you not. The location is clean, very quiet and the kitchen serves quality and tasty food. You are very close to the South Gate of the park which is one of the best gates if you want to spend 2-3 days.
