Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Amazing views from the garden, nice and clean apartment with plenty of room. The host is very helpful and has a lot of advice, I could even wash my clothes. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular views from the room. Good southern breakfast with schedules so it's not too crowded, securing yourself a great view every morning. If you have been to Puerto Varas before, you'll know this location is unbeatable, the best restaurants will be at your doorstep and you'll enjoy free parking on your stay, at a quiet and peaceful area!
