Everything, the spa was not crowded and plenty of space. The bed is ultra confortable. The staff is incredible. Bikes are free. They also gave us some swimsuit as we forgot ours. We could as well borrow a backpack for free. Charging the car is free at night. What else?

I absolutely loved my stay here ..the view of the mountains was absolutely beautiful and Panagiotis at the front desk was wonderful treated me like I was a king from the moment I met him . We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Steinbock, where we stayed for a night before setting off for a weekend ski tour and night in a mountain hut. The staff were all very friendly and check-in was really easy. The room was a great size and very clean, as was the bathroom, which looked to have been recently refurbished. Even being on the main road and above a restaurant, noise was not an issue at all. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and great value for money. Breakfast was also good and there was a lot of choice. The coffee was great.

Nestled between the magnificent mountains of Grindelwald, Hotel Restaurant Alpina is situated above the village with views of the Eiger Mountain, being very close to the Railway Station.

The location is like 2 minutes away from train station, in the central of Grindelwald, where everything is around you. The staff, in particular Ms. Saska, was really helpful and privided me with alot of information about the village and how to get around it. The breakfast was really great as well.

Everything! Had the most wonderful time at the hotel and in Wengen. As a non-skier the hotel spa was fantastic - pillates, quiet room, jacuzzi, swimming pool. Staff every where in the hotel superb (special thanks to the waitress at breakfast who remembered I have gluten free bread and arranged it without my having to ask).
