This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

Perfect location, just far enough away from the busy life in Saas Fee to experience the tranquility of the woods. Beautiful views of the Weissmies and the valley below. Excellent kitchen and an impressive wine cellar. Nevertheless, it was the friendliness and personal attention from everyone in the hotell staff that made the biggest impression. Top notch!

Just a fabulous place to stay. The whole experience wildly exceeded our expectations. The check in process was quick and easy and the whole team at the Apartment-Hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. They contributed hugely to an exceptional customer experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished and very, very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were superbly equipped and when we did have some (minor) issues the team were able to resolve these promptly and with no fuss. There are no washing facilities in the apartment, however, there washing/drying facilities in the basement. The views from the balcony were amazing. We could park our car nearly and under cover, so it was in the hot sun. The are shops and restaurants nearby and the local cable car is just a short walk away. It's very near to the bus stop and the Saastal card that you get includes free travel on the local bus and on the Saas-Grund cable car. If I could rate this property an 11, I would. It is that good. I would happily stay there again and have no trouble in thoroughly recommending it. You won't be disappointed.

The staff was polite, friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless with attention to detail and wooden finishes. The restaurant was one of the best restaurant we ate. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed

Capra at Saas Fee is a fantastic hotel. The staff, food and service are exceptional. Being a boutique hotel our stay at every touch point was noticed and customised to suit our needs best. The hotel is modern, with great facilities, including a very well equipped gym and a nice SPA. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated (we stayed in 2.501 suite with mountain view). The mattress was of top quality. There are three restaurants in the hotel, we went to two of them (the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte) and always enjoyed the meals, which were both tasty and creative. Notwithstanding, what we enjoyed the most was the service throughout. It was just exceptional. Ladies at the reception, waiters in the restaurants, hotel car drivers and room cleaning ladies, all made our stay memorable, and we are immensely thankful to them for such a great job. It is not so common. We would full heartedly recommend this hotel and hope to visit it again soon.

Really lovely apartment; very spacious, stylish and comfortable. Some wonderfully thoughtful touches added by the owner, too. Great location near a bus stop with direct buses to Saas Fee, Saas Almagell and the centre of Saas Grund.

It has a good location, on walking distance to the center and the train station. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the balcony very wide with a view to Matterhorn. The check in was fast and easy.
