The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. While we were waiting for our room, they offered coffee to us. Breakfast is fantastic: eggs bread and various snacks included)) I highly recommend staying in this hotel. The price for the room is good compared to other options in the city. The room was nice, the floor was completely carpeted, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillow was of good quality. I noticed that attention was paid to small details as well. The room itself is spacious enough for two people. There are plenty of charging points, a mirror in the room and another in the bathroom. The kitchen was literally fully equipped, I can’t think of anything that was missing. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. The location is also great, as it’s close to the Iron Fountain, which is a perfect spot for selfies.

I have loved everything about this apartment. It's very characteristic (dark bricks and wood as it's everywhere in gyumri) and all brand new. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the area is perfect. The host was very nice and responsive to all my message, he really cared a lot that my stay was going well and checked if I needed anything extra. I felt home and I hope one day to come back there! Just keep in mind that there is a big dog at the entrance, but he's very calm and tied up so it won't bother you at all, just some barks as you get in.
