Good location, friendly staff. Good amenities provided, including pool, beach chairs, and some activities for kids. There were also bicycles near reception that could be used if you wanted to go for a ride along the beach (we didn't use them, however).

The room had great views, was very clean. The main lobby is lovely and easy access to the beach. There are resort activities included in your resort fee, but really only applies if you stay multiple days.

I was pleased that a handicapped room was available for me. I am a senior with bad knees and I was worried that hauling my suitcases up the steep stairs would be difficult. However, Anna at reception found a first floor room for me which was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect-- a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace's shops and restaurants and a short drive to Safeway for groceries.
