The staffs are very helpful and easy to communicate with. I had a trip to mount Ijen that I need to leave at 12am. They helped to pack my breakfast ahead(my booking includes breakfast) The hotel is also quiet, not bothered by the Ramadan mosque sound.

The bed was super comfy Room was spacious with terrace Location was on main street although quite far from city center There was Padang Restaurant nearby with great taste and cheap price Hotel staff was very hepful, recommended 24 hours clinic nearby, when Puskesmas across the street was closed. We needed health certificate to access Ijen crater. The staff also lent us umbrella since it was raining everday

    Great city to visit if you want to hike up Gunung Ijen for sunrise. It's an icnredible hike, not too difficult, with some of the best views we have seen in all our 8 months travelling Southeast Asia. Banyuwangi was a very clean and friendly city with lots of cheap restaurants and we felt very safe walking in the evening. Stay at Snooze Ijen if you visit here!

    Lovely wee spot surrounded by nature. Good food spots on the main route u to town and lots of rice paddies and tranquility out near Juda homestay. Very convenient place to stay if arriving in Banyuwangi by train

    WONDERFUL CITY! The hidden gem in the most east of Java There are lot of beautiful things there in Banyuwangi: wonderful Mt. Ijen with one of 2 blue fires in the world, many beautiful nature both mountains, waterfall also ocean nature and savannah, cultures, traditional music/dances and typical food, etc.. etc.

    There are plenty of lovely places to visit in Java and...

    There are plenty of lovely places to visit in Java and Banyuwangi is not one of them. However if you drive 30 minutes into the mountains there was some lovely homestays with views of the padi fields and dense forest which I would recommend.

    Banyuwangi is one of the best place to be as it is not...

    Banyuwangi is one of the best place to be as it is not crowded like Bali or Jakarta or Bandung or even Surabaya. It is an underrated tourist destination which is more relaxing with much cheaper hotel rates and food. You can find Rumah Apung Bangsari, Bajulmati Reservoir, Baluran National Park, Savannah Bekol, Bama Beach, Kawah Ijen Sunrise, Blue Fire Crater, Jagir Waterfall, De Djawatan Forest, Mongrove Swamp, Mustika Beach, Pulau Meran Beach Sunset, Gandrung Dance and many more. There are plenty of hotels and home stays and a heaven for culinary. It is the place to be and not in Kuta, Legian or Seminyak. Look for something different. Come over to Banyuwangi.

    Banyuwangi just like a lite version of Bali and Java.

    Banyuwangi just like a lite version of Bali and Java. Lot of thing you can do in here, hike mountain, got relax in beach, local food (mostly my favorite is pisang goreng), etc. There was lot of helpful person who helped me reach to my destination.

    A new, modern, beautifully designed hotel. Believe the pictures you see, it really is like that! Staff are amazing: competent, friendly, and they lack the shyness that staff members have in other places. Thank you to the manager and the whole team, we had a great stay here! Breakfast is amazing, and dinner as well,. There's a brand new and very well equipped gym that we used every day. We loved sitting at the outside bar and just watch the sea and nearby Bali. We'll be back at the Dialoog some time in the future for sure!

    the location is superb, its surrounding with mountains and rice fields view. The Room also clean and comfortable, especially the ones that located in villa no 637 and others, its more modern with wooden style interior. I asked to move to the villas that near main lobby got upgraded room with more superb view! although the room older but still comfortable. As there is no other resto in that location, this hotel resto provide enough choice of food and beverage, their food is tasty, and their breakfast also great!

    The location is a bit hidden from Banyanwangyi city, many Grab drivers don't want to go there, and the road up there is small, so it's ok to give the driver a bit more money. But the whole place is really pretty, from the dinning room you can see many mountains the view of the hotel is perfect. Really suitable for a retreat or stay longer for relaxation. The room is spacious and comfortable, you also have a balcony with a great view. Overall very happy with the stay.

    The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is great, the AC works well, the place feels secure (there is a big sliding gate with a camera above it to close the property). The location is perfect, it's right next to a couple of delicious and affordable restaurants (Hanasta, SMJ, Surya..). The owner is very helpful and gave us great advice to enjoy our time in Banyuwangi. The wifi works very well also.

    Strategic location for the excursion to Kawah Ijen. The owners, Fryda and her husband, are the perfect hosts: kind and very caring. They organised pick up and drop off to the station of Banyuwangi and the excursions to Ijen. Rooms are essential but clean and fully equipped to spend few hours before and after the excursions. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price. I really recommend a stay in this Homestay!

    its a relatively new building, probably more suitable to those having holiday in Banyuwangi. for us transiting before entering Bali, the location is quite far from the Ketapang port. breakfast quite ok... they have few options and taste was good. Indoor pool which is nice but I didnt get to try it since only staying for night

    Excellent home stay experience! Hosts are incredibly kind and helpful (like arranging a ride with their friends to get us to Malang the next day!), breakfast and other foods at homestay are delicious, rooms are cozy and comfortable and location works well. We booked Ijen crater through the hotel which was a great experience.

    It is a large and new complex in very good condition. The travel from Jawa to Bali was taking to much time and we needed a nice hotel to stay for 1 night. We were very happy to find this hotel very close to the harbour. There is a nice restaurant and we had a very good breakfast. Staff in restaurant is very nice.

    Lovely unique spot in the south of East Java. We immediately felt homey and welcome. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This is a very special place you shouldnt miss on your trip to Java. Recommend to take a scooter and drive there yourself. After leaving Banyuwangi, the ride is beautiful!

    Great location close to the ferry. Staff were great, meals at the hotel were delicious and a very comprehensive buffet breakfast. Our room had a small veranda which the staff kindly opened for us. Views of Mt Bromo. Lovely bathroom and room plus cable TV.
